Chicken Breast with Honey-Balsamic Glaze

1 1/2 tsp dried thyme1/2 tsp Salt Sense1/4 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp extra virgin olive oil1 lb uncooked boneless chicken breast (4 4-oz pieces)2 tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tbsp honey
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle over both sides of chicken pieces.
2. Heat oil in large skillet oveer medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 7-8 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
3. Transfer chicken to a platter and keep warm. Reduce heat to medium low; add vinegar and honey to pan. Simmer 1 minute or until glaze thickens, stirring constantly. Pour glaze over chicken.
