Ham Roll-ups 1 roll = 1 serving (cut into 8 slices apprx)

Ingredients
1 - slice of ham1 - green onion stalk.12oz - cream cheese (enough to cover slice of meat)
Directions
Take 1 slice of meat wipe with a paper towel to remove all excess moisture and spread the cream cheese evenly over it then put the green onion on the edge of the meat than roll the meat around the onion. Allow it to set in the refrigerator 1 hour (over night for best results) until the cream cheese is harden. Once the cheese has harden remove from refrigerator and slice the roll into approximately 8 slices (can get more or less depending on how thick you make the slices).
