Slow Cooker Protein-Rich Almond Joy Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 scoop Gold Standard Vanilla Whey Protein1 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almond Milk 2 cups So! Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk*1/2 cup steel-cut oats1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa2 tablespoons finely shredded sweetened coconut1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon almond extract3 tablespoons sliced almonds*Do not substitute canned coconut milk! I found So Delicious brand coconut milk in the refrigerated health foods section of my grocery store.
Directions
Spray a 1.5-2 quart crockpot* with cooking spray. Dissolve protein powder in almond milk. Mix all ingredients except almonds together in pot. Cook on low over night (7 to 9 hours).

Stir oatmeal well. Top each serving with a tablespoon of sliced almonds and sweetener of choice.

*If you don't have a small crockpot, mix the ingredients in a heat-proof bowl that will fit into your crockpot; place the bowl in the crockpot and then fill the crockpot with water about halfway up the bowl.
