Mini Bacon, Egg and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 7 large (remove)Cheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shredded (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 6 serving (remove)La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Mild, 2 tbsp (remove)Milk, 2%, .25 cup (remove)Pam cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Cook bacon as directed then crumble.

In bowl combine all of the ingredients including the crumbled bacon beat all together!

Spray muffin pan with Pam, then ladle egg mixture into each muffin tin makes 8. Bake for 15-20 mins.

I serve this over a bed a of cabbage with salsa underneath it and garnish with cilantro and TriColor tortilla strips - 1 tbsp. so for under 150 calories you get a nice breakfast .

You can also just snack on them as well.
