Wheat Germ Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 c whole wheat flour1/4 c toasted wheat germ1/4 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp nutmeg1 T sugar1 egg1 c buttermilk1 T melted butter
Directions
Mix flour, wheat germ, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and sugar together. Beat agg and add milk to it. Combine flour and egg mixtures, Add melted butter. Cook on hot griddle, using 1/4 c batter for each pancake. When bubbles appear, flip to cook other side.

Serving Size: Makes 15 pancakes, or 5 servings.
