Low-Carb Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients
1/2 T. Olive Oil1/8 c. chopped green pepper1/8 c. chopped red pepper1/4 c. chopped onion1/8 t. garlic powder3 slices turkey bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces3 egg whites1/4 c. part-skim mozzarella cheesepepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add peppers, onions, garlic powder, and bacon.

2. Cook until vegetables are tender and bacon is browned.

3. Add egg whites, and stir constantly until eggs are thoroughly cooked.

4. Sprinkle cheese on top, mix until melted. Add pepper to taste and enjoy!
