Shredded Beef Salad

Ingredients
1-2 Cups of tossed Salad4 ounces of Petite Beef FiletCreamy Balsamic1 Reduced fat Colby Jack Stick of cheese.
Directions
1. cook the petite beef filet until the internal temperature is above 170 degress. (I used my crock pot on high for 4 hours to get a very tender beef)

2. after beef has cooked, shred it using a large fork. This should be surprisingly easy and requires no extra skill or special utensil :)

3. In a large bowl add salad

4. top salad with 4 ounces of shredded beef. Then cut stick of cheese into tiny squares (if tiny enough, can create 20+ cheese bites). Toss tiny squares onto salad and add creamy balsamic.

Serving Size: makes 1 large bowl
