chicken cous cous salad with raspberry vinaigrette

Ingredients
cous cous prepared 6 oz; chicken breast grilled, 3oz; walnuts 1/2 oz; cranberries 1oz;mandarin oranges .25 cup;cilantro; 10 oz frozen raspberries; 10 oz diet cranberry juice; honey; lemon; ground corriander; salt & pepper to taste
Directions
dressing: in a blender mix: frozen raspberries, diet cranberry juice; 1 T honey; 1 T lemon juice blend till smooth, salt & pepper to taste: use 2 Tables spoons of dressing for 1 person save the rest for another time.
toss prepared cous cous with walnuts, cranberries, mandarin oranges, & cilantro. with 2 T of dressing topp with grilled chicken.
