Ingredients
8 Large Eggs1 Tbsp skim milk1 tsp Salt1 tsp black pepper10 squirts of spray butteradd pepperssauteadd garlic and onionsauteadd the egg mixturecook on low
Directions
have vegetables chopped and ready...add spray butter, peppers, saute, add onion and garlic. Crack all the eggs, add salt, pepper, milk, and scramble...then add the eggs to the vegetables and cook on low, stirring occasionally. I serve with Arnolds, Honey wheat bread and add a slice of Fat Free Cheese.
