Very Low Sugar Chocolate Mini Cake

Ingredients
4 tbsp cake flour (or all purpose)4 tbsp sugar (or 6packets of Truvia)2 tbsp cocoa powder1 egg3 tbsp milk3 tbsp oil1 microwave safe mug or bowl
Directions
1. In a microwave safe mug, or bowl, mix flour, sugar (or truvia packets), cocoal, and egg
2. Pour in the milk and oil and mix with a fork
3. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes on HIGH
4. Let cake set for 1-2 minutes, then remove.
5. Top with favorite toppings (ie: whipped topping, ice cream, fresh berries etc) and ENJOY!
NOTE: the taller your mug, the more pillar shaped the cake will be. by using a small bowl (cereal size) it will become more cake shaped.
