*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 2 cup (remove)Wild Rice, 1.5 cup (remove)Shallots, 5 tbsp chopped (remove)Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup (remove)Apples, fresh, 3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)Olive Oil, .75 cup (remove)Honey, .25 cup (remove)*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 8 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
Directions
cook wild rice and quinoa according to package directions, mix with chopped spinach, apples, craisins, raisins,onioins
mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey, dijon and garlic, pour over rest and mix well....
enjoy!!
