Instant Brown Rice 2 cupsFrozen Broccoli Thawed 10ozRed Bell Pepper cubed 1 cupLow Fat Cream of Mushroom soup 2 cansLow Fat Cream of Chicken soup 1 can1 cup waterVelveeta Light Cheese 8ozBoneless Skinless Chicken Breast cubed 6oz
Spray crockpot with cooking spray to avoid sticking. Add Brown Rice, 2 cans Lowfat Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1 can Lowfat Cream of Chicken Soup, thawed Broccoli, Red Bell Pepper, Chicken breast and water, stir till mixed well, Add Light Velveeta cheese cubed and stir. Cook on low for 3 hours. Great dish for luncheons or dinner with the family.
