Cabbage Slaw, Crunchy

Ingredients
1 head cabbage - chopped8 green onions (scallions) - chopped1/2 cup almonds, raw2 packets Ramen Noodles (2 servings in each packet)1/2 cup Grapeseed Oil 2 tbsp Sugar (or 6 tsp)3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper1/2 stick of Butter, Unsalted
Directions
Dressing: wisk together sugar, grapeseed oil, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper. Set off to side.
Cut almonds in halves - sautee in butter
Chop cabbage & onions
Break noodles up
Combine everything in large bowl w/ lid.
Chill & Serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
