Socca French Bread Pizza Dough

1 C Chickpea flour1 C warm water1 TBS Canola oil1/2 tsp saltdash black pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp onion powder
Whisk chickpea flour and spices together. In a separate bowl, mix oil and warm water. Add to flour mixture and whisk well. Put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Put 2 metal 9" bread pans in oven then turn on oven to preheat. Once preheated, take out bread pans spray them with cooking spray and add half of the batter to each bread pan. Bake 10. Cool on cooking rack. Add whatever toppings and sauce you like and bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted. About 5 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes enough dough for 2 french bread pizzas
