Herb Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, (I use two thick pork chops and cut them in half)Stone Ground Wheat Thin 12 CrackersEpicure Dijon Tarragon Dip Mix, 1 tbspHoney, 2 tbsp French's Horseradish Mustard, 2 tbsp Pam Butter Flavour No-Stick Cooking SprayGarlic powder, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix mustard and honey together, set aside
In a blender add crackers and all spices, reduce to crumbs
Pound pork chops flat, coat with honey/mustard and then cover with crumb mixture.
Fry on a medium heat until cooked.
