Luby's Mac and Cheese - healthier version

Ingredients
16 oz elbow macaroni4 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk powdered4 tablespoons whole wheat flour2 tablespoons smart balance omega plus buttery spread2.5 cup boiling water6 cups shredded velveeta 1/2 fat cheese
Directions
cook macaroni as directed on package

mix milk, flour and butter (melted) thoroughly. add boiling water and cheese a little at a time, alternating between water and cheese. stir in noodles mix well. put in well greased casserole pan cook at 325 for 25 mins
