Apple Sauce Sugar Free

Ingredients
3 pounds gala apples3/4 cup splendacinnamn. nutmeg, cloves to tasteI used 12 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp cloves and nutmeg
Directions
Core, peel and slice the apples. In a large pot, add 2 inches of water. Add apples and turn on high heat. Once water starts boiling turn to med and cove. Stir every 15 minutes until apples are soft about 45 minutes. Once apples are done mash with potato masher, stick blender or puree in a food processor. Stir in splenda and spices. Water bath can or put in sterile jar and leave on counter to cool. Once cool and lid seals will keep in frige for 2 weeks without canning. If you can will kepp about 1 year.
