Pound cake

Ingredients
1/2 lb butter, softened1/2 c crisco shortening1 1/2 c Splenda for baking5 eggs3 c whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 c milk1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Cream butter, crisco & sugar.
Add eggs, mix very well
Add dry ingredients alternating with milk
Add vanilla, mix well.

Bake @ 325 for 1 1/2 hrs in greased & floured tube pan.
