tuna patties

Ingredients
Three large potatoes1 medium squash3 medium onionscurry powder : 2 Tspcummin 2 tspolive oilFresh minced tuna : 1 Kg3 eggs1 cup tomato paste
Directions
Fry onions and squash in three tablespoons olive oil until golden brown. Add spices and tomato paste. Remove from heat. Boil up potatoes and mash them with olive oil. Mix the vegetables and the potatoes with the Tuna and add the eggs.
Lightly grease a pan and make two inch round patties. Bake for 25 minutes in 180 degree C oven or until golden brown.
