2 Haas Avocados peeled and seeded2 cups banana (peeled, sliced, and frozen)4 cups baby spinach, fresh2 small apples (cored and sliced) (I used red)2 sprigs fresh mint~2 cups water
combine avocado and banana in blender and blend until smooth; add in apples and blend until smooth, blend in spinach and min.
Use water as necessary during above steps to allow for smooth blending and to reach desired consistency.
