- Number of Servings: 32
Ingredients
Directions
1 cup old fashioned oats1/2 cup chopped almonds1/4 cup chopped dates4 scoops whey protein (your pick)1/4 cup stevia (more if you like it sweeter)1 - 1 lb. 2 oz. jar Natural Peanut Butter1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Milk (only as needed-based on consistency)Roll balls in an additional 1/2 cup of oats before storing in the refrigerator or freezer.
Mix all dry ingredients together and then add peanut butter. Add almond milk as needed to get the consistency right for rolling into balls easily. Scoop a heaping tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place ball into oats and roll for an outer coating. Now they are ready to eat! I like them a little chilled so I store them either in the freezer or the frig for on the go! Enjoy!
