APPLE CAKE (no glaze)

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:2 C Flour3/4 C White Sugar3/4 C Brown Sugar3 tsp ground cinnamon1 1/2 tsp ground ginger1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking sodaWet Ingredients:2 eggs2/3 C vegetable oil 1/3 C unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla extractapproximtely 4 cups peeled, chopped apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour bundt pan.

Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside the chopped apples. In a mixer bowl, mix wet ingredients, then slowly incorporate dry ingredients into wet. Once the ingredients are blended (this will be a very thick mix), fold in the apples. Pour into bundt pan, scraping the mix out with a spatula.

Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Cake is finished when inserted knife comes out clean.
