Tasty Celery Garbanzo soup

Ingredients
* Salt, 1 tsp * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced * Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 lb bag * White Rice, long grain, 2 cup * Better Than Boullion Vegetable, 2 tspsoak dry garbanzos overnight.dice celerymix ingredients, bring to a boil, add other spices as you see fit - there's a ton of room for improvisation here. I usually add some onion, garlic, mustard seeds, turmeric, chile powder... whatever mood strikes you. simmer until rice and garbanzos are cooked through. you may need to add more water, depending on how fast it evaporates. eat, enjoy
