Veggie Lentil Soup (Crockpot)

Ingredients
2 carrots, sliced1 bunch swiss chard, chopped (stems included)2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced1 Serrano pepper (optional)1 C lentils1 C Chicken stock 6 C water.5 tsp Mrs. Dashsalt and pepper to taste3 bay leaves (remove before serving)
Directions
Add prepared vegetables, lentils, stock, water and seasoning to crockpot. Set on low for 8 hours.
