crunchy veggie wrap

Ingredients
mashed avocado 1/3 cshredded carrots 1/3 calfalfa sprouts 1 cbasil leaves 6 (opt)walnut pieces 4 T or other nuts or seeds light sesame dressing 2 T for dipping if desiredrice paper wrappers 2
Directions
dip rice paper in warm water for 5 seconds and lay out on clean kitchen towel. spread half of avocado on lower center of wrap layer half of remaining ingredients except dressing. fold in sides and roll as you would an egg roll.cut in halves. use dressing as dip.
