Easy Potato Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion48 oz. fat free less sodium chicken broth, divided32 oz. bag frozen Southern style hash browns1 package Pioneer peppered gravy
Directions
In a large stock pot add onion and a cup of chicken broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, until onion is soft. Add all but 2 cups of the chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to simmer. Mix remaining chicken broth with the gravy mix. Add to the pot. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes
