About 1.25 pounds of chicken breast4 oz of whole wheat pasta1 10 oz bag of spinach1 cup of sun dried tomatoes1 cup marinara sauce2 T olive oil1 medium tomato or 1 cup cherry tomatoes choppedcherry peppers to tastegarlic to tasteitalian seasonin to taste
Cook pasta according to instructions
Grill or sautee chicken breast in olive oil with seasoning
Sautee spinach in olive oil with garlic and peppers
When spinach is wilty, add chopped sun dried tomatoes, cherry or medium tomatoes
Add cooked and "chunked" chicken breast and pasta
Mix in tomato sauce and serve.
