Chocolate Chip Boatmeal

Ingredients
3/4 cup steel cut oats, cooked1/4 tsp. vanilla1 tbsp. sugar (of your choice)1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, mashed banana or pureed pumpkin1/4 cup milk (of your choice)1/8 tsp. salt1/4 scoop plain protein powder (of your choice)1 egg1 tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 380 F. Combine ingredients well and put into 1 cup greased ramekin for 20 min. then set to broil for another 3 to 5 min. if you want a brown crust.

    My family too, we all love it...it's really great with leftover steel cut oats, the texture is more like rice pudding and it's amazing!!!
