Ingredients
Directions
Cook center cut bacon according to the instructions on the package. Chop into bits and set aside. Prepare frozen broccoli according to package also, chop and set aside to cool a bit.
Break and beat 7 eggs in a 2-cup measuring cup or something around that size. I like the measuring cup because it makes it easy to pour the eggs.
Use liners in a regular sized muffin pan and in each muffin cup put a spoon of broccoli, some bacon bits and a pinch of shredded cheese. Once each cup is filled top off with your eggs.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
