Sweet & Spicey Sticky Chicken Strips

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1 inch strips)2 tbsp brown sugar3 tbsp honey1/4 c. soy sauce1 tbsp minced ginger1 tbsp minced garlic2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes2 tbsp oilve oilonion powder to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Season chicken with salt, pepper and onion powder and set aside. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium heat and brown chicken, cooking about 2 minutes on each side. Pour sauce over chicken and simmer uncovered about 10-12 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
