Banana Spice Oatmeal Mush

Ingredients
1/3 cup old fashion oats1 cup nonfat milk1/2 medium banana sliced into disks1 tbsp brown sugar1/4 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice or Penzey's Cake Spice
Directions
Combine all ingredients into one pot. Cook on medium high heat until the mixture starts to boil, stirring occasionally. Turn the heat down so that mixture is just bubbling. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until mush reaches the desired consistancy. Remove from heat and let the mixture stand for 2 minutes before serving.
