Whole Grain Granola Cookies

Ingredients
1 c ground almonds1 1/2 cups oats1/3 plus 1/2 cup whole grain flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 c peanut butter1/4 c canola oil1/4 c agave syrup1/4 c honey1 egg1 tsp vanilla1 c raisins1/2 c dark chocolate chipsMix all ingredients and put on cookie sheet - bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately after the come out of the oven, press down on cookie with spatula to make flat. Makes 18 - 20 cookies.
