Schwartz Jamaican Jerk Chicken

3 tbls Olive oil1 Onion4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 Green pepper1 Tin 400g chopped tomatoes1 425g Tin pineapple chunkes in natural juice1 pkt of Schwartz Jamaican jerk chicken
Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the oniongently for 1 - 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle in the packet contents, cook for 1 minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients including the pineapple juice but reserving the pineapple chunks. Bring to the boil, stiring.
Cover the pan, turn down the heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Add the pineapple chunks cook for 5 minutes.
