1 lb. Chicken tenders1 large tomato, cut into bite size pieces1 cucumber, peeled, sliced thin1/2 sweet onion slices1 T. olive or vegetable oil2 T. Cider Vinegar1/2 tsp. greek seasoning10 6" flour tortillas
Spray skillet with cooking oil; heat over medium high until hot. Add chicken, cook and stir 10-12 minutes or until done. Slice chicken into bite size pieces.
Combine chicken, tomato, cucumber, and onion in bowl. Combine oil, Vinegar, and seasoning in smaller bowl.
Drizzle dressing on chicken mixture.
Toss to combine.
Divide Chicken mixure evenly among tortilla's.
Serving Size: Makes 10 Sandwiches
