Ingredients
2 large eggs2 tbsp non fat milk1 cup diced boiled potato1 tsp olive oil1 tsp sweet basil1 tsp fresh thyme1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium heat and add potatoes. Whisk eggs, milk and spices add to potatoes and stir till eggs are done.
