ump crab meat, 16 oz Minced Clams, 16 0zCod (fish) loin 16 oz2 Yukon Gold PotatoesTurnips, 2 small Leeks, 3Scallions, raw, 5 smallSardines, 5 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspButter, salted, .25 cupLight Cream 1 quart
place oil in the bottom of a large soup pot
heat oil and add the sardines.stirring occasionally
while the sardines are cooking fine chop all other vegetables and add them to the pot. stir occasionally.
add butter and stir
chop and add all seafood cover with light cream.
simmer on low for 20 minutes or until potatoes and turnips are soft. stir frequently so cream does not stick or burn.
serve with a black or brown bread. i suggest pumpernickel.
