Ingredients
Beef chuck, 2 oz Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, choppedAgave Nectar Stick, .25 stick Honey, 1 tbsp
Directions
Bring water to boil and cook rice for 10 minutes than set aside for 5 minutes. While rice is boiling cook onions and peppers. Sliced beef into strips than cook until done.
When finished mixed onions, peppers, and beef together add nectar than honey. Poor over rice when finished.
