Homemade Black Bean Tostadas

Ingredients
Beans, black, 3/4 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, .1/8 cup (8 fl oz) Cheddar Cheese, 3T, shredded Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 small chopped Cilantro, raw, chopped 3 tbsp Romaine Lettuce , 2 inner leaf chopped Cucumber (peeled), 1/4 cup, pared, chopped Banana Peppers, hot, 1T chopped Tomato Sauce, 1/8 cup *Avocado, 1/2 chopped Tostada Shells, (3 deep fried corn tortillas)
Directions
Smash and refry cooked black beans, deep fry tortillas till crisp (absorb all residual oil by patting with with paper towels), smear tortillas with beans and yogurt, arrange remaining ingredients on them, drizzle with hot sauce, serve.
