German Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
* 4 whole Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares* 1/2 cup crisco* 2 large eggs* 1 1/2 cups sugar (using only 1 cup in recipe, set aside 1/2 cup)* 2 cups flour
Directions
Preheat Oven 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together crisco, eggs and 1 cup of sugar. Add 2 cups of flour and mix together. Add melted chocolate squares to the mixture. Spoon out balls of dough onto a cookie sheet and press down flat with a fork. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Once out of the oven sprinkle on left over sugar and let cool. It makes about 18 cookies.
