Whole Wheat Hoagie/Sub Rolls

1 cup Water 80 degrees3 TBS Honey1 tsp Lemon Juice1 Cup Bread Flour1 Cup White Whole Wheat Flour1.5 tsp salt4 TBS Nonfat dry milk1 TBS Butter2.25 Active Dry Yeast
Add ingredients in order listed to bread machine, run on dough cycle. Let Rise for at least 1 Hour. Run machine for 60 seconds to punch down the dough. Separate into 5 equal parts and roll between hands to make long snake like dough. Place on cookie sheet and brush with olive oil (optional) Let rise an hour. Cook at 350 until golden brown!
