Ingredients
2 medium garlic clove1 medium onion diced2 medium carrots diced1 medium red pepper diced1 medium stalk celery diced4 cups cabbage shredded2 cups cauliflower small florets2 cups broccoli small florets6 cups low sodium vegetable broth1 head cilantro choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
put everything into a pot, spice as you desire
cover and bring to boil
reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes

Serving Size: makes 6 large servings or 8 smaller
