Mom's Spoon Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 kg jiffy corn muffin mix16 oz can of creamed corn2 eggs (mixed)1 cup of sour cream1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Mix all of these ingredients together in a casserole dish and bake 1 hr. at 350 F. in the oven. Bake until bread like consistency, shouldn’t be runny. I usually do the toothpick test.
