Honey Boy Salmon Patties

1 can Honey Boy Pink Salmon drained2 cups soft bread crumbs (I used 2 slices Nature's Own 100% whole wheat)1/3 cup finely minced onion2 eggs2 T minced parsleyjuice from 1 lemon (or 1-2 tablespoons)1/4 teaspoon each salt and dill weeddash of pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Form the salmon mixture into patties, and cook them over medium heat until browned on the bottom. Turn them over and brown on the other side. Eat!
