Fabulous and Spicy Cocoa

Ingredients
1/2 c Splenda granulated powder or similiar product1/4 c cocoa powder, Hershey's Special Dark or regular cocoa powder or 1/8 c of each 1/3 c Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Creamy Chocolate Creamer1 t ground vanilla bean powder2/3 c dry powdered milk, fat free2 t cinnamon, vietnamese1/2 t ground nutmegpinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix 2 T of cocoa mix with 1 T of water and blend until smooth then add boiling hot water, stirring to blend thoroughly. Store cocoa mix in airtight container.


Yield: 2 Cups of mix; Serving Size: 2 T per cup of hot water, approximately 16 servings
