1.5 oz cooked Chorizo6 eggs3 med. red potatoe
Cook and weigh chorizo, and set aside. Fry potatoes with a little evoo until desired tender and crispness then add back in cooked chorizo. Add the beaten eggs and cook until done.. Eat with corn Tortillia's if desired.. add them to tracker seperately.
