Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Coconut oil1 cup chopped onion1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped1 clove garlic1.5 lb lean ground turkey2 diced fresh Roma tomatoes2 cups pumpkin puree1.5 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp black pepperdash salt1/2 cup Cheddar cheese1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute the onion, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in the turkey and cook until evenly browned. Pour meat mixture into slow cooker. Mix in tomatoes and pumpkin. Season with chili powder, pepper and salt. Cover and set on low, and cook for 4-5 hours. Serve topped with Cheddar cheese and sour cream. Refrigerate any leftovers.
