Crockpot overnight oatmeal

Ingredients
Steel Cut Oats, dry,1/2 cupwater 5 cups**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2/3 cupBanana, fresh, 1 small slicedApple, Gala (medium), I dicedApplesauce, unsweetened, 3 TbspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground,1/2 tspAlmonds, .25 cup, sliced and choppedCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 2 Tbsp*Torani Sugar Free Carmel Syrup, 3 tbsp
Directions
Spray a crockpot with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients in crockpot - stir well. cook on low all night, 7-8 hours. Can be served with Almond Breeze.
