Mexican Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
16-22 Jumbo Stuffing Shells (about half a box)93% lean ground turkey (1 package, 4.3 oz)1/2 of a medium onion, chopped1 can of tomato sauce1/3 c. Salsa1/2 a can of black beans1/3 cup of frozen corn1 c. montery jack shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a 9 x 13 pan.

Cook Jumbo Stuffing Shells according to directions.

Brown ground turkey. Drain. Add onions. Add tomato sauce, salsa, black beans, and corn. Heat slightly to mix.

Drain shells and cool or rinse off. Spoon meat mixture into Jumbo Stuffing Shells and place in pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
