Eye of round Roast1can corn 1can potato(or small bag red tators)1 small bag baby carrotsgarliconion(dried or regular)roast seasoning 1.5 cups rice
Directions
add everything but the rice into the crockpot and cover with water. let cook on low for 10hrs when finished cook the rice to go with it
