Ingredients
2 eggs1 tbsp Low-fat cream cheese1 tbsp Chives, chopped5ml MilkDash SaltDash Pepper1 tsp Olive oil
Directions
Whip the eggs up, add the salt, pepper, milk and cream cheese. Pour into frying pan with oil and keep stirring. Add the chives. Always stirring. The constant movement keeps them fluffy.
